An overall review of the ‘state of the nation’ from which the Client could determine budget spend and budget allocation according to task over a three year period commencing with the launch in 2008

A quantitative and qualitative report that clearly identified all the local and regional issues and made full recommendations of how to reach specific target audiences and overcome their negative perceptions tactically and corporately
