Can Finance Directors cut it in Marketing?
With recession hammering at the gate, evidence of consumers' reining in their spending and now RBS announcing a £10-12 billion rights issue, the biggest in British history, it's no surprise that the IPA took the initiative to try and convince finance directors to hold their faith and continue to support marketing spend during the undoubtedly tough times ahead.
