A few questions if I may... How many items did you sell on eBay to accommodate the new comers to the Holman household? Once you've bought the stuff what do you do with it, admire the hoard or stuff it in cupboards? Is there a raging market online for this bootsale merchandise? Do bootsale visitors fit the consumer model of rabid buyers soothing their need to spend spend spend, but at a lower price than the high street commands, accept of course for Primark!

Thank you for your query regarding the weekly Car Boot Bulletin, however we are sorry that we cannot reply to individual questions regarding the information we post. The information collected and collated is for marketeers and professionals within the industry to give them a snapshot into the state of car booting in the current economic climate. Although it is possible that future bulletins will include more information on the retailer mix, catering offer and other related matters, the motivation of consumers and any insights into their behavior regarding online auction sites is sadly outside our remit.
